Preface


2024 China-Malaysia Global Market-Fit Programme (GMP) – Successful Market Exploration in Beijing and Jinan. The China-Malaysia Global Market-Fit Programme (GMP), focused on China market exploration in Beijing and Jinan, has been successfully concluded. This initiative was meticulously organized by TusStar Malaysia and brought together six innovative Malaysian enterprises, with full support from the Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology & Innovation (MRANTI) under the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation of Malaysia. The program aimed to strengthen China-Malaysia business collaboration, promote technological innovation and industry integration, and provide targeted market entry support for Malaysian enterprises.


The six participating companies represent cutting-edge sectors, including green energy, agricultural technology, and bio-medicine, showcasing Malaysia’s strengths in sustainable development and high-tech innovation. These companies include:


  • Far Capital: Provides an end-to-end online real estate transaction platform.

  • Roxhana Ventures: Develops Star Goose, a patented nano-enhanced goose bone product that aids in bone repair.

  • Atoz Carbon Cycle: Specializes in microalgae cultivation systems, integrating carbon capture, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable waste management.

  • Nature Profusion: Develops biodegradable insecticides using plant-based eco-friendly technology.

  • Crop X: Utilizes biotechnology to convert waste into organic fertilizers, providing sustainable agricultural solutions.

  • Vetomin-M: Produces a coconut-based multi-nutrient supplement, serving as a cost-effective alternative to antibiotics and steroids, enhancing livestock survival rates.


This visit not only allowed Malaysian enterprises to gain in-depth insights into China’s market landscape and policy trends but also facilitated multiple targeted business matchmaking sessions, exploring extensive collaboration opportunities in technological innovation, market expansion, and industry synergy

During the one-week visit, the six Malaysian enterprises conducted roadshows in Beijing and Jinan, engaging in in-depth discussions with top Chinese entrepreneurs from various industries. The participating Chinese enterprises covered cutting-edge sectors, including artificial intelligence, agricultural technology, bio-medicine, and big data.


Through precise business matchmaking, both sides explored potential collaboration opportunities, establishing a solid foundation for future business expansion and long-term partnerships.

In Jinan, TusStar Malaysia collaborated with TusStar (Jinan · Qibu Zone) to organize a highly efficient and pragmatic business matchmaking event, bringing together enterprises from China and Malaysia with strong business synergies for in-depth exchanges. During the event, companies from both sides not only provided comprehensive introductions to their business models and core strengths but also explored potential collaboration opportunities, particularly in Shandong Province's agricultural and green technology sectors.


The event had a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, with Malaysian enterprises demonstrating strong market expansion ambitions and actively seeking opportunities to establish a presence in the Chinese market. The open networking session further enhanced interactions and cooperation intentions among participants. Notably, through continuous participation in business matchmaking events, Malaysian enterprise representatives have refined their corporate presentations, making them more targeted and compelling. The delegation conducted in-depth visits to several well-known Chinese enterprises and institutions, with carefully arranged corporate roadshows at each stop. These sessions provided Chinese companies with a deeper understanding of Malaysian enterprises' business models, core technologies, and market advantages, laying a solid foundation for precise business matchmaking.


At the same time, Malaysian enterprises seized this opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into China’s technology industry, including current developments, market trends, and business opportunities. Through on-site exploration of local innovation ecosystems, they were able to plan their future collaborations and market expansion strategies in a more targeted manner.
